Please read this thoroughly before ordering from me.
It is recommended for you to reach me out through direct messaging on Twitter/X for ordering commissions.
Terms of Service
NOTES
▪ I have the right to decline a commission for my own reasons.
▪ NO AI OR NFTS. I do not allow my art to be trained nor used for NFTs/crypto
▪ My art is drawn messy, with a few jagged lines and tiny slips. If you are looking for an artist with clean cut work, then I'm not the artist you're looking for
▪ The time I take to do commissions is completely unpredictable, either a few days or weeks. But there are instances where commissions will take longer due to real life issues and mental health. Please be mindful and give me time to finish.
▪ I only do NSFW commissions for adults that I know and trustTRANSACTIONS
▪ Payment is made on PayPal only!
▪ No refunds once paid, unless I haven't started or cancelled the commission for personal reasons. Latter may be refunded depending on how far I've worked on it.
▪ Clients are allowed to do full payment, or half payment before the render process.
▪ Disclosure of personal information is prohibited. Doing so will result in legal actions being taken. The client's information will be kept confidential.DURING PROCESS
▪ Provide character sheets, references and such when ordering to ensure you get what you want.
▪ No strict deadlines. Give me at least a month to finish.
▪ As I take time, I will also give updates on a client's commission. You are allowed to ask, but please do it sparingly.
▪ The limit for revisions requested post process is 3 times, unless it was a mistake on my half (e.g. misinterpreting design). Extra revisions will cost $3 eachONCE RECEIVED
▪ Artwork will be sent via email
▪ Artwork will also be posted online, unless requested not to by the client themself
▪ Client's Commission is for personal use only. Commercial use is prohibited.
▪ Posting commissioned artwork is allowed with proper credit. Do not take credit for the artwork nor remove the watermark provided.By commissioning, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms.
